Florianópolis is a stunning island, but keep in mind that traveling from one side to the other can take a lot of time. To make things as easy as possible, we recommend staying in one of these areas:
*For guests staying in Downtown or Campeche, we will provide a transfer to and from the venue on the wedding day to ensure a stress-free experience.
Ribeirão da Ilha
This historic neighborhood is where our wedding venue is located. Ribeirão da Ilha is a calm and picturesque area, perfect for those who appreciate charm and tranquility.
Known for its well-preserved, colorful colonial houses and cobblestone streets, Ribeirão da Ilha feels like stepping back in time. The small, peaceful beaches here have gritty sand and calm waters, making them ideal for leisurely strolls, quiet relaxation, and delicious meals by the sea.
Ribeirão da Ilha is also famous for its oyster production, offering some of the freshest seafood in Florianópolis. It’s a perfect spot to immerse yourself in local culture while enjoying the serene atmosphere of this charming fishing community.

Florianópolis Downtown
In the heart of Florianópolis, you’ll find a mix of history, culture, and modern energy. If you love cityscapes and ocean views, this is the perfect spot for you!
A highlight of the area is Avenida Beira-Mar, a lively waterfront avenue bustling day and night. It’s the perfect spot for jogging, cycling, or simply enjoying a walk with stunning views of the sea. Along Beira-Mar, you’ll find a variety of accommodations, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, making it a vibrant hub for visitors.
Just one note: while downtown offers beautiful views of the sea, it doesn’t have beaches suitable for swimming.

Campeche
If you love vibrant beaches with waves and energy, Campeche is the perfect spot for you. The stunning landscape is a blend of white sand dunes, lush green hillsides, and the open sea, creating a picturesque setting full of life.
Campeche offers a variety of accommodations, from charming pousadas to comfortable hotels, along with all the conveniences you might need—supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, cafés, fruit and vegetable markets, and small shops.
